Terms used in many patterns
If you're knitting or crocheting a sweater from an old pattern but using Grandma's old needles this chart will do the metric conversation for you. It shows you at a glance which new metric knitting needle or crochet hooks correspond to the British and American sizes that used in Canada. Save this in your workbasket or needle box for later use.
