Fold each twist piece at junction between arm and leg - about 16 th twist (or at center if making alternative pattern. Tie arms and legs together at this fold using double yarn to tie.

Sew to bottom of head.

Attach ruffle around neck, sew up back seam. If necessary, run the yarn around the neck edge of the ruffle and pull tight to make secure.

Tie: Make a tie by twisting 2 or 3 36" strands yarn firmly and folding it on itself after twisted. Hold center and allow to twist together into cord. Tie knot on end. Use to lace front of vest. Adjust length by making a knot and cut off excess.

(If have plastic head: Punch hole in both sides of neck to attach arms and legs. May punch hole in top of head and knot cord and push through to make a cord to hang clown by.)

Attach 1 pompom for each hand and for each foot.
