I realize I am going to be short about 100 adult crocheted winter hats this year. Could you please add my ministry to your list for help.   Last year I handed out 300 hats and scarves with 500 bags of food and toiletries.  You have helped me in the past with aquiring yarn donations but alas my fingers move too slow.   Thanking you in advance for your help,

Carolyn Herr

Hi, my name is Linda and I live in Calif.  I am involved with some wonderful orphanges.  I recently finished sewing 100 Christmas stockings.  When I informed one of the orphanges that my sewing wasn't the best she replied not to worry about it because no one has ever given these children a gift before.  With that statement I created a organization called "Contagious Hope" and I can give you the website address if your interested.  I am in need of small (and light) toys to send overseas.  If anyone can  help I would appreciate it more than words can say.  I can be reached at either: kingdom_seeker1@hotmail.com or my direct address is: PO Box 44 Tranquillity, CA  93668.  Thank you so much and God bless!

Project Linus is a 100% volunteer non-profit organization with a two-fold mission:

First , it is our mission to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer "blanketeers."

Second , it is our mission to provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested individuals and groups in local communities, for the benefit of children.

We are in need of baby items for us to sell & it'd be great to give each attendee at our conference a baby hat. We are planning on raising enough funds to have our own place. Right now area business allow us to have meetings from their buildings. It would be great to give parents a place where they can get daily support & information.

If you have any questions please contact me through email or at 937-855-3831. Please check us out on the internet at www.daraluznetwork.com.

"Project Angel Kisses Ministry was founded on June 22,2002 as a way to meet the very special needs of precious preemies and low-income newborn babies all over the US and Canada. We'd love to have you join us in crocheting, knitting, quilting and sewing hats, booties, blankies, burial layettes, burp cloths, bibs and all the other needs for babies. Our goal is to let families know, without a shadow of a doubt, that their precious baby is loved and being prayed for as each item is made. http://projectangelkisses@sbcglobal.net "   Thank you so much for your consideration. Many Blessings, Leslie Pyle You can be an Angel to precious preemies!

Need your help I make and donate baby blankets, hats, booties to the local hospitals and people in need in my area. I also make lap blankets for cancer patients and elderly. In years past I have make over 100 blankets a year and over 100 other items to donate. The hospitals are so happy, as some of the new parents have nothing, especially if the baby comes early. This is just a small group of myself and my daughter and a few girls I am teaching to knit and crochet.I am on disability with limited income so I havent been able to do as much as in other years. We would appreciate any donations of baby yarn and crochet hooks and knitting needles so we can make even more items to donate. Thank you for any help Susan M. mabellret@yahoo.com
