Tote Plastic Bags ( BEACH BAG )

Our thanks to NOELLA ROBERGE

PREPARATION of the PLASTIC BAGS FOR CROCHETING

Take your plastic bag and flatten it out on a clean, flat surface.

Fold it in half lengthwise. Fold it in half again, so that you have a long skinny, flat piece.

Cut off the bottom end.

Take a ruler and starting at the bottom of the bag, mark off once inch markings on both sides of the ruler. When you reach the end, cut the bag at the markings into one-inch strips.

These strips are what you are going to crochet. It will be in a circle. Use it two ply. Connect pieces together by doing a slip knot with the two pieces. The knot will blend into the bag and not show.

Now you are ready to go.

Can be made with any size hook.
