Taupe, 25 oz,  Blue. 24 0z,
Crochet hook size J

To work cluster * YO, insert hook in st indicated, YO and pull up a loop, Yo and draw through 2 loops on hook, repeat for * 2 more times, YO and draw through all 4 loops on hook.

Strip A: Make 9
With Taupe, ch 199 loosely.

Foundation Row: (right side): Work cluster in 4th ch from hook, (ch 1, skip next ch, work Cluster in next ch) across to last ch, dc in last ch, finish off:

Strip B: Make 8
Make same as Strip A using Blue.


First Side of stripe
With right side facing, join Blue with slip st in top of beginning ch, ch 3 (counts as first dc, now and throughout), 2 dc in first Cluster, (ch1, skip next ch, 2 dc in next Cluster) across to last dc, dc in last dc< finish off.

Second Side of stripe
With right side facing and working in free loops of beginning ch, join Blue with sl st in first ch, ch 3, 2 dc in next ch (at base of Cluster), (ch 1, skip next ch, 2 dc in next ch) 97 times, dc in next ch, finish off.

With right side facing and bottom edge at right, join Taupe with sl st in second dc, ch 3 (place marker around dc just made for joining placement) dc in next dc, * working around next ch, tr in skipped ch on foundation Row (between Clusters) dc in next 2 dc repeat form * across to last dc, (place marker around dc just made for joining placement), leave last dc un-worked, working in end of rows, 3 dc in first Row, (2 tr, dtr, 2 tr) in next Row, 3 dc in next Row, * skip first dc, dc in next dc, repeat from * to * once, skip last dc, join with sl st to first dc, finish off.

Lay out strips beginning with stripe A and alternation Strips A and B through out.

Place two Strips with wrong sides together and bottom of edges at the same end. Using Taupe and working through inside loops only, whip stitch Strips together, beginning in first marked dc and ending in next marked dc.

Join remaining Strips in same manner, always working in same direction.
