Convert this pattern to crochet

Instructions are for size 6. Changes for sizes 8 and 10 are in ( ). 

Materials: Worsted weight yarn (4 oz. skein) - 2 (2-3) skeins. Blue (A), 2 skeins each Olive (B) and Deep Rose (C). 1 skein each Pale Pink (D), Pale Almond (E), Med Blue (F), and Bright Pink (G).

Size 7  knitting needles or size for gauge; size D crochet hook; seven 5/8" buttons. 

Gauge: St st - 21 sts, 30 rows = 4'. Jacquard Pattern - 23 sts, 22 rows = 4. 

Finished chest measurements; 28 (30-32)". 

Back: Beginning at shoulder, cast on 68 (74-80) sts with C. 

K 2 rows; 

change to A and st st (k 1 Row, p 1 Row).

Work 14 (16-18) rows even. 

Next Row: * K 1 A, 1 C; rep from * across.

Work 7 rows even with A; then, working in st st, work Jacquard

Left Front: Work as for Right Front for 12 (14-16) rows; cast on 16 sts end of next Row for 1 front neck; work 2 rows even. Complete as for Right Front. 

Note - (Sleeve is worked side ways).

Sleeve: Beginning at center of Sleeve with C, cast on 66 (72-78) sts. K 2 rows. Change to st st, work 12( 14-16) rows A. 

Row 1: * K 1 C, 1 A, Rep from across. 

Row 2: P across with A. 

Row 3: *K 1 A, 1 F, rep from * across. 

Work 5 rows even with A. 

Work Pattern from chart. When chart is complete, work 5 rows even with A. 

Repeat Row 3, work 1 Row with A, rep Row 1, work 12 (14-16) rows A; k 2 rows C; bind off. 

Finishing: Sew side seams leaving top 45/8 (47/8- 5 1/8)" open for armhole. With C and crochet hook, work a Row of ch st along  each seam. Starting and ending at shoulder, sew sleeves to armholes. Work ch sts along each seam as for sides. Sew shoulder and sleeve seams. With C, sc around neck.

Left Front Band: Being careful to keep work flat, pick up an even number of sts along left front edge. 

Row 1: * K 1 C, 1 F, Rep from * across.

Row 2: * P 1 C, 1 F, rep from * across. 

Row 3: Rep Row 1. 

Row 4: With C, p. Bind off. 

Mark band for 7 buttons evenly spaced, with first at neck edge last ½" from lower edge. 

Right Front Band: Work as for Left Front Band, forming buttonholes opposite marks as follows. 

Row 2: * P to next mark, bind off 3 sts, rep from * to last mark, p to end. 

Row 3: Cast on 3 sts over each group of bound-off sts. Hem sleeves to desired length.
