 Convert this pattern to crochet

SIZE: One size fits all.

MATERIALS: Sport weight yarn, 2 (2-ounce) skeins rust. Knitting needles, 1 pair each No 7 and No. 10 or ( English needles No. 6 and No. 3) or the size that will give you the correct gauge.

GAUGE: In garter stitch. 7 sts = 2”.

NOTE: Work with 2 strands yarn held together throughout.

Starting at lower edge with No. 7 needles, cast on 80 sts.

Work in ribbing of k 1, p 1 until piece measures 1 ½  “ from beg.

Change to no. 10 needles.

1st inc Row: * K 5 sts, inc in next st. * Repeat from * to * across, ending k 2.

Knit even on 93 sts for 2 rows.

2nd inc Row: * K 6, inc in next st, * Repeat from * to * across ending k 2.

Work even in garter st (k each Row on 106 sts until piece measures 4 ½  “ from cast on Row.

 Dec as follows;

1st dec Row: * K 8, k 2 tog*. Repeat from * to * across, ending k 6. (10 sts dec)

Knit even for 2 rows.

2nd dec Row: * K 7, k 2 tog, Repeat from * to * across, ending k 6.

K even for 3 rows.

Working 1 st less between decs, continue to dec 10 sts every 4th row 7 times more (16 sts remain).

Break off leaving 12” end.

Thread end through sts, pull up firmly and fasten.

Use end to sew center back seam.
